Terms of Use

Subscription

Pepper Weather contains parts that are billed on a subscription basis. For these you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

Your subscription will be charged through your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period unless canceled prior to the end of your current subscription period. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Apple App Store account settings.

All subscriptions may be final and non-refundable.

Subscription Tiers

Pepper Weather offers three subscription tiers, Premium Basic, Premium Standard, and Premium Plus, each available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Premium Standard includes everything in Premium Basic, plus additional features. Premium Plus includes everything in Premium Standard, plus additional features including Air Quality and Next-Hour Precipitation Notifications.

Switching to a higher tier (for example, Premium Basic to Premium Standard, or Premium Standard to Premium Plus) is treated as an upgrade and takes effect immediately. Switching to a lower tier is treated as a downgrade and will take effect at the start of your next billing period, in accordance with Apple's App Store subscription policies.

Subscription Fee Changes

Pepper Weather and its developer may add, modify, or remove features of a subscription at any time, with or without notice. This may also result in changes to subscription fees. Any subscription fee change will not go into effect automatically as you must opt into the fee change to continue using the subscription after the end of the then current billing cycle.

Weather Data

Weather forecasts, conditions, and severe weather alerts within Pepper Weather are provided by Apple's WeatherKit service. While we strive to present this data accurately, forecasts are estimates and may not always be accurate or timely. Pepper Weather and its developer are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from reliance on weather data provided through the app. For life-threatening situations, always consult official government sources and local authorities.

Air quality data within Pepper Weather, including air quality index values and pollutant information, is provided by Google's Air Quality API. As with weather data, this information is an estimate and may not always be accurate, complete, or timely. Pepper Weather and its developer are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from reliance on air quality data provided through the app. For health-related decisions, always consult official government sources, local authorities, or a medical professional.

Coverage for severe weather alerts, minute-by-minute precipitation forecasting, and air quality data varies by country and is not available in every location.

Intellectual Property

Pepper Weather is owned and operated by its developer. The visual interface, graphics, products, software, and other elements of the application are protected by United States copyright and all other relevant intellectual property, proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All materials contained in the application are the property of Pepper Weather, its developer, and subsidiaries or affiliated companies. All suggestions, enhancements, requests, feedback, recommendations, or other input provided by the user or any other party relating to the application shall be owned by Pepper Weather and its developer.
